I co-own Monocacy Coffee Co. with my partner Matt. We're based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Monocacy Coffee Co. Co-owns Lit Coffee and Bakeshop.
Been using Typica since we started about 4 years ago.
I roast on a North 10KG from Mill City Coffee Roasters.
Big fan of Linux and open sorce software.
