Neal - How hard (time consuming) would it be to program in different colors to new translation lines for subsequent roast cycles? In other words, let's say 5 cycles are roasted without clearing the profile graph, but are simply reset in between cycles. Each time it is reset, a different color is assigned. Probably no more than 6 or so colors would ever be needed because after that it becomes to cluttered anyway. Currently there seems to be only 1 color reassignment.

I'm using an Ambex YM-5 and a Probat L12. The machines create very different profiles. I find it odd that the "dip" I get after first crack is so different between machines. I've also never been able to get a satisfactory answer on how to deal with this dip. I know what causes it, but some people say not to adjust the flame at all when the ROR decreases; just let it go. Myself, I think the answer is do adjust the burner, but not radically. Thoughts?

Hi everyone. Just checking in. Nice looking cat, Neal.
