CITY OF RACINE, WISCONSIN

: Whereas: in the heart of West Racine, Wilson's Coffee and
‘Tea was founded by Robin and Diane Wilson in 1991, and continues to be a family-
owned business with their children, Neal and Renae Wilson; and

Whereas: Wilson’s Coffee and Tea has the finest selection of coffee in Racine,
having the widest variety, the best selection, and freshly roasted on site; and

Whereas: Wilson's Coffee and Tea truly represents the best of the City of Racine.
Wilson's has been a staple for all those in our city who love coffee and value the way
coffee brings the community together; and

Whereas: an iconic landmark, Wilson’s Coffe and Tea is much more than a
busine: the family daily demonstrates its unconditional commitment to the City
of Racine by supporting local nonprofits, grassroots groups, and education
initiatives; and

Whereas: Wilson’s serves as a meeting space for elected officials to meet their
constituents, for authors to write books, for activists to meet to improve the
community, for newborn babies to be presented to the neighborhood, for candidates:
to shake hands with voters, for the French club to converse in French, and for people
to connect with friends, new and old; and

Whereas: the pairing of a Wilson’s morning glory muffin with a freshly brewed’
Kenya AA coffee might be one of the best combinations known to humanity;

Now Therefore: I, Cory Mason, the Mayor of Racine Wisconsin do
hereby announce and proclaim
