I have a school field trip visiting the shop tomorrow. Half of the group visits the coffee roaster while the other half is at the bakery on the other side of the street and then they switch so I need to do my thing twice.

I've done this a few times before but I have a chat with their teacher before hand so I can connect what they see to what they're learning in class.
