There's some giant saw on tank treads going up and down my street (vibrating my house as it does) chopping down parts of a tree on one side of my house and dropping the tree parts on the other side. That tree wasn't doing anything wrong.

You're in the US right? I feel like this is grounds for a suit even if it's not on their lot since it affects property value?
@professor_stoke It would be hypocritical for me to pursue that angle, but I will be expressing displeasure to my alderman (who is also a multiple times per day customer of mine).

@professor_stoke So far they've left my tree alone. It's still smaller than the ones they've chopped down.
