My coffee game leveled up yesterday when I realized I've been brewing at way too low of a temperature. I had extraction time and ratio dialed in pretty well but I just wasn't getting the complexity I knew this bean was capable of. Gonna play with it some more today.

Yeah I was at 86C (187F) and I kicked it up to 92C (198F). Such a difference. Using this cotton immersion filter my buddy got for me in Japan.
