I just got a coldbrew coffee from the local espresso shop near the office and the barista aerated it with a cocktail shaker + ice before decanting it. The texture and flavour difference is huge! How have I never tried this before‽

I'll definitely be doing this at home too, possibly also experimenting with some xanthan gum...
