I got $1 in the mail from Nielsen (the ratings company) with a letter threatening to call me with a phone survey. I'd be surprised if they had a valid phone number to do that and kind of wished they'd just stick the survey online as even if they do have my number the call probably won't get through.

I am willing to spend a few minutes telling someone that my television gets video games and makes a nice computer monitor and my radio is tuned to my local NPR station for the 5 minute commute to and from work in exchange for an additional small cash gift.
@neal last time I was a Nielsen Family, they cast a surprisingly wide net for media. I filled out my journal with podcasts and web series and still got $5 in crisp new one-dollar bills!
