There was a brief service interruption on https://video.typica.us while I upgraded that to PeerTube 3.0.0-rc1. Everything should be working normally again now.

This took a little longer than expected as I missed that the configuration diff showed a section moved down to the bottom so I kept the old section and added the new section. Duplicated top level yaml keys cause the service to not start at all.
