Replacement SSD retaining screws have been delivered. This time the package contained the product. I helped my sister order a new laptop today and I'll pull that apart when it arrives, pop in the RAM that I pulled out of mine so she'll start with a free upgrade and I'll check if hers is also missing a retaining screw for the unpopulated slot, install one of my spares if she needs it.
