The two Microsoft rumours I’m seeing this month are (1) that copilot sales and usage is the Only Thing anyone’s getting their bonus for until sometime year - https://pivot-to-ai.com/2025/10/13/microsoft-tracks-your-copilot-ai-usage-in-its-workplace-spyware/ - and (2) that voluntary uptake is on the order of 2-3% of users.

It’s gonna be a rough Christmas over there.
