I recorded the latest video in WQHD resolution, so I guess I'll find out how my PeerTube installation at https://video.typica.us/ deals with that (should be fine). It handles 4K just fine. Still need to upgrade that server. It's running out of storage space and another core would be nice to speed up the transcoding jobs.

someone stole my recycling bin

Every few years the front bearing stops accepting grease and that's when it needs to be replaced. The rear bearing for whatever reason lasts 2-3 times as long. It's not a difficult repair as long as you NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE have both off at the same time (you will have alignment problems)

(when I asked him to show me what was going wrong everything worked fine, turns out he accidentally deleted Windows that time around which magically fixed everything)
