Also, that's probably where I'll be teaching the class from so a guest appearance by the cat is likely, but not guaranteed.
Now that registration is open, here's the trailer for my next workshop. I'm surprised by how low they decided to price that as that's a bargain just for the coffee participants get even if it didn't also have the educational aspect.

I'll be staying late at work more now. I'm trying to give everybody on my staff as many hours as they want (but not pressuring them to feel like they have to work if they're not comfortable with that) and one way to do that is letting someone work on stuff during hours when there's no risk of interacting with the public.
That's getting capped at 25ish attendees so everybody has time to get their questions answered and comments discussed, and registration closes a couple weeks ahead of the class so I have time to roast and mail coffee to everybody and everybody has time to taste those. I'm doing 10 different roasts of 1 coffee (2 approaches each to 5 different end temperatures, full roasting details provided) and including some green coffee for students to roast on their own after tasting those. Should be fun.
Apparently the platform getting used for my workshop is over-eager to notify presenters and that's why I got weird copy pasta where some of the text looked like my class and some looked like something nobody talked to me about. I'm really only doing just the one workshop. If I become aware of a sign up I'll stick a link in the video description for the trailer and flip that public.
