The cat still likes me.

Retrieved the cat. She's just finished looking around the house and is now requesting cuddles.

Made it home. I took a small nap at a rest stop to recover enough for the last couple hours of driving. Now I need some sleep.

Refueling break. Both the car and the belly.

Having lunch with Prav in Atlanta. We did an origin trip together many years back and he regularly makes the long flight from New Zealand for events.

Spoon

Have been paid for the teaching. Usually have to wait for the check. Was also given a nice spoon.

Finished teaching classes. I haven't looked closely at the feedback forms (those will get scanned and I'll read them after that) but from what I've seen I have met or exceeded expectations.

Lunch today had a crossword puzzle challenge. Two of the prize winners got answers from me and one of them gave me the shirt from the prize so I now have a new Roast Magazine shirt.

I have a full set of station instructors for tomorrow's classes. I had a plan B if that wasn't true but I'm glad that wasn't needed.

First day of retreat. I roasted some coffee for one of the lectures (a roasting chemistry one) tomorrow because of course I'd rather do that than attend a poolside reception.

Place I stayed last night had 2 tiny dogs. This morning both were on my lap so I guess I'm a friend.

Hopefully she remembers to send proof of life photos.

Dropped off the cat. She was acting sad but my sister will be a good cuddle provider while I'm out of town.
