@moiety A 0.25. Most of the vendor branding has worn off.
There was a cup on the dark end that was my favorite of the set on the first sip, but that just faded too quickly as the coffee cooled and here again, there are things that I can do in the roast to try to help with that, but it would cause other changes to the flavor that I don't think would work well with this coffee.
Tasted the new coffee from Tanzania today. This isn't going to go out for sale immediately as I need to sell out of my Kenyan coffee to make room on the shelf. It seems to hold up best in a medium roast, but I'll want to tweak the roasting plan a bit to see if I can boost the intensity on that. There are attributes that I don't like on the lighter roasts which I don't think I can fully remove at that level with creative roasting (sometimes I can, but it seems unlikely with this one).
@Rigby_Koyaanisqatsi Code them like resistors?
@Rigby_Koyaanisqatsi They have more flavors than colors. The trick is to buy direct and pick out the individual flavors you like instead of getting the awful pre-defined assortments. But let's be realistic, that's too much work for jelly beans.
They have a 10 word minimum so instead of something like "please let me pet the cats and dogs" they got the relevant Atelier Shallie quest description with a parenthetical explanation that "please let me pet the cats and dogs" didn't hit the minimum word count.
