Anyway, I've got my short list of features I want to work on for 1.9.1 and I'll see how much of that I can manage to get done. The goal here will be to focus on bug fixes, performance improvements, and features that can be implemented without creating any work for translators (no new translatable strings).

Once I had ECRs where the software didn't have the ability to save reports to a user specified location (you could save the reports, but it would always be buried under a dozen levels of cryptic directories so to find them you had to search the filesystem for recently created/modified files) but it did have background music. Needed to remember to mute the audio before attempting to update PLUs.
The bar for doing better is, IMO, pretty low.
Coffee is getting delivered tomorrow. Currently enjoying the new Ethiopian coffee from the previous shipment (getting new labels/register programming ready for that so I can start selling it now that I'm happy with the roast).
One of these days I'll get some time to work on a replacement for the ECRs since those are all pretty awful to program and I'm also unimpressed by the POS software that I've seen. I can do better for my needs.
