The lead on the working group I left at the end of 2018 has announced that he plans to step down. That leaves 1 active member of the group. You'd think this might cause leadership within the coffee association to notice that their bad policy decisions are driving away the people they need to have a viable program and that maybe they should listen to the people who warned them that exactly this was happening, but given how badly the CSP has been managed since its inception I'm not optimistic.

Someone asked how my cat is. Here's how my cat is.

My elbow has become a cat pillow.

The cat was acting like she'd cornered some pest so I turned on the light and looked to find the nothing she was hunting.

Fixed. I have no idea why the change I made fixed it, but it did.

It's always disappointing when you write new code to draw stuff on screen, it compiles and runs without error, but nothing shows up.

I voted in a primary yesterday. One of the candidates on the ballot decided they didn't want to run after all but they still got 7 votes. The top vote getter got <100 votes, but that's still nearly 3x what the 2nd place candidate got.

It's a shame that turnout is this bad.

I miss coffee. I'm not chemically dependent so there's no point in drinking it if it doesn't taste good and nothing tastes good right now. I can't finish a meal for the same reason so I picked up a bunch of pudding cups.

Voter turnout in my ward is so bad. I was number 20.
