A lot of people have been asking for drinks made with almond milk so I've been doing some taste testing. I've got one more sample to try, but so far none of the almond milks that I can buy locally perform well in the range of drinks I'd need to be able to produce if I brought that in as an offering. Please don't link me to your favorite almond milk. I know that appropriate things do exist, but I need something that's reliably stocked locally.
Congrats to Phyllis Johnson on her Maggie Award for best signed editorial (link to article below). I've had the pleasure of cupping coffee with Phyllis both in my shop and in Ethiopia and she's sold me some really nice Kenyan coffees over the years. She's been doing good work for a long time and it's good to see this recognition.

Added a video to yesterday's blog post. It's one from about 9 months ago in which I'm not doing any of the talking.

Estimated processing time 6-8 weeks, which is pretty crazy considering it's online electronic submission.
New blog post laying out the plan for Typica 1.10.
Some of the changes here are things where if you wanted equivalent features in one of the competing programs you'd be on the hook for an extra ~$3000/year or more over the base pricing depending on how you use it, but Typica will still be free (though if you wanted to pass some of those savings along to support ongoing development work, that's always greatly appreciated).

It's all WIP and likely to change before the 1.10 release, but today's tiny core code change can be used to clean up some script code and make multi-window interactions easier to reason about.
