YouTube viewer retention data suggests that only about 10% of the people who start watching an episode of Coffee and Code make it to the end of the episode (which makes the 8% of views from someone who hits the like button on the latest episode pretty amazing) so I'm thinking I might chop those episodes up with some of the best excerpts pulled out into separate videos with better titles that then link back to the original video.
DHL: We need a contact phone number and email address
me (internally): You've already sent me a text message and you're asking for this information by email.
Tracking page still says it's estimating that the new roaster will be delivered today but there's no way that's happening when it's still getting cleared through customs. They should have all the information they need (they had all the information they needed from the start) and I think they know that they have all the info they need, but it still needs to go to a closer distribution center before going out for delivery so it probably can't show up before Monday.
While I've failed to find a locally available almond milk that makes an acceptable cappuccino (not asking for recommendations, I know good ones exist that just aren't stocked around here), I don't hate today's oat milk. I need to test some other drinks before going ahead and offering that, but this might be what ends up as my non-cow, non-soy offering.
May want to reconsider the use of AI when it starts to output "Kill All Humans" but I have to admit that Mr. Sinister is a good cat name.

DHL is being kind of crazy on the customs paperwork (and kind of daft about not just copying information that they already have about where this is coming from and where it's going to). It'll get sorted out, but given that it doesn't seem to be moving while they figure out the paperwork it seems highly unlikely that the roaster will arrive tomorrow as the estimated delivery time still indicates.
@mal I would watch a show where a team of highly trained Trojan soldiers used a complex network of ropes and pulleys to animate a giant wooden war horse. It takes a lot of coordination to move such a weapon which is why the pilot needs to shout his attacks: a tradition that lives on in mecha pilots to this day.
New roaster still seems to be stuck in customs. Have been told it usually takes 24-48 hours for them to process added info, but the manufacturer is staying on top of this as well so we'll see how that goes. It's still scheduled for delivery tomorrow which is technically possible, but we'll see how that goes.
At some point I'd like to rework this to break out items to their own more detailed product pages and let people buy stuff through the site but that's not a current priority.
Now that I'm caught up on figuring out how I want to roast new coffees, tasting production test batches, and reworking blend recipes, I've updated the coffee list.
