Downloaded the newly free Pac-man and wow, that's a lot of tutorial.

An SD card just forcefully ejected itself from my laptop and flew across the room. It's been a while since I've seen something like that happen.

Finished making the workshop promo video. Letting the PeerTube server do the smaller than 4K versions before I send off the link to that as they'll probably want something smaller for their stream.

Doing promo video editing. The cat makes an appearance.

Got more book feedback today. Very helpful.

They're really pushing for the use of props in the video. Maybe I'll record it at home. Cat counts as a prop, right?

Was asked to put together a 30-60 second promo video for my online workshop. I've got the script for that written now it's just a matter of picking a nice looking quiet space to record that, editing, and the organization that's paying me for this wants an mp4 so I think just uploading it to my PeerTube might be the easiest way to get them appropriate download links at whichever unspecified resolution they want for their stream.

Today I'm staying late at work to roast more coffee. The cat will be disappointed.

The puzzle exchange is starting to look pretty picked over now. Probably a good thing that got moved into a business otherwise considered essential as a lot of people probably have more time to do puzzles and could have a harder time buying them.

Just got back 15 pages of notes from one of my technical reviewers. Overall he likes the book, which is a huge relief for me, and the feedback is exactly what I was hoping to get from him so that's going to be very helpful in making the finished book better.

Not liking that someone had a temper tantrum because we wouldn't let them into the shop well after closing.

With all the extra online orders I'm driving more (post office is in the opposite direction from home) but I'm liking the extra-cheap gas. Cost less than $13 to fill the tank from where the low gas warning light comes on.

Finished packing orders for the day unless more orders come in within the next 40ish minutes.

The event I was going to be teaching at next is refunding attendees registrations because the college that's happening at will still be closed on the rescheduled date, so maybe that'll happen in August or September instead, but I've already got stuff scheduled out that far so I sent in my potential conflicts so organizers can be aware of those when picking a new date.
