Got a revised proof and I think there isn't an editor involved. The feedback I'm providing today includes the phrase, "factually wrong and semantically dubious."

Trying to eat a breakfast. I know I need the nutrients, but it's hard because everything still tastes bad.

Got the proof for that magazine article. Had to send some feedback because the last paragraph is inappropriately first person. This makes it difficult to tell who those "I"s refer to and it suggests that I'm the one who wrote the article, which isn't true. I suggested rewriting that in third person.

Restocked on medicine.

Nothing tastes right.

alternating between chills and sweats.

Out of medicine. Might head out for more today.

Back home. Time for cat naps.

Still sick.

Went home mid-day to feel sick at home. Went back to help with the closing. Back home, still sick. Cat is doing what she can to help.

It seems like every time I see one of those draw it again memes I like the older drawing better. I keep that observation to myself.

This morning the cat ate all the food in her dish and then acted like she was starving to get me to feed the cat early. It didn't work, she got fed at the usual time, and was not hungry enough to get up and even look at the new food.

Enjoying a pot of tea. It's not making me feel better but it's warm and tastes good.

I think last night's dinner didn't agree with me. I've been feeling queasy since then.

The cat was sitting on me, but now she's returned to the cat seat.
