USB extension cable acquired and installed. I now have three screens attached to my main coffee roaster. One is a laptop screen that shows my data logging, one is really for the other roaster but when that's not in use I can have it show a production dashboard, and the new one shows what the view through the sightglass would be if that weren't now covered up along with a reading on how dark the coffee is roasted (tracked live as I'm roasting it).

Need a USB extension cable to make the new instrument connected to the roaster reach the third screen. The cable is almost but not quite long enough to set that up in a way that still lets me conveniently reach all the roaster controls.

Prototype thing at the roaster is installed and working. I still need to write some code to interface with that, but that will be easy.

New coffee delivered.

Mowed the front yard. Would have mowed the back but there was a black cat enjoying the space and I didn't want to disturb it.

Did takeout for dinner. I seem to have gotten bonus egg rolls that I didn't order, but the rest of the food is right.

Totally normal grocery store decor.

More work is happening on the machine tomorrow maybe. If all goes well I might end up with three screens attached to the coffee roaster (up from the current two screens), which is pretty ridiculous to think about given that it's not as if I have a control room for operating a full roasting plant.

Finished today's coffee roasting. The machine still works after yesterday's dis/re-assembly.

She looked bored until I started to take a picture.

The cat has stopped greeting me at the door after work. Now she just stays on the couch and gives me a meow.

Clean impeller

It is a good day to disassemble a coffee roaster and clean the less accessible parts.

The cat is complaining because I'm making onion rings instead of petting the cat.

With the realization that I probably want to add another chapter to the book and the page count increases from the other edits, I'm thinking more seriously about doing a print version, but that would require a complete redesign of the interior (not actually that big a deal) and introduce other complications for a project I was hoping to be done with by now. Ugh.

Getting better at the rhythm game part of Deemo Reborn. I might be able to get the platinum trophy for this after all, but not tonight.

Saw one of the new bat quarters in the till today. It's a good design.
