Looking through my student list since I need to ship coffees for that now, some of the people in the class work for extremely huge roasting companies.

Production test batches of the new Ethiopian coffee both turned out nice so I'll have a tart, sweet light roast with berry undertones and a dark roast that's got a neat bergamot thing going on.

The cat thinks I should get one of those sweaters with a cat pouch, but I'm not going to do that.

I need to taste production test batches tomorrow, but if all goes well my next coffee from Ethiopia will be available as both a light and a dark roast.

Bought a webcam. My laptop is falling apart so I want to make sure I have something if I need to switch to a desktop machine for my next class, but I'm also getting a much higher quality (in every metric) feed than I was getting from the built in webcam.

Looked in the freezer, discovered I still had ice cream I thought I ate.

My sister wanted to go in for half of a birthday present for my mother so we picked that out today. During checkout I discovered that I had enough points on a credit card to cover the whole thing that way so it's sort of like I'm not paying anything and have another check to deposit.

I just got a big box of stuff. It's got a bunch of fragile and glass stickers on it, so of course the box is smooshed, but shaking it a bit I think inside the box is well enough packed that everything should be fine.

The cat has moved one of my hair ties. Reached out, grabbed it, put it down in front of her face, and now she's just looking at it.
