As I've been raising prices and getting the question so far I've been able to say that while Trump isn't helping anything, what we're seeing is a supply side issue that he also can't fairly be blamed for. Going forward, this is no longer the case. Sorry for the higher prices but someone missed the history lesson that taxing coffee imports is an un-American activity. I'm trying my best over here to deliver good quality at a fair price, but I'm not going to sell at a loss or use cheap crap.

Got a good amount of coding done while waiting for the coffee truck to arrive and was at a good stopping point when it did. Have left notes on the next thing to do (stubbed out the next chunk I want to work on), but now that I'm not waiting for the truck there's other stuff that needs doing.

How is it that Apple decided that an oversized folding iPad should come with MacOS but locked Vision Pro in the iOS ghetto? Kind of suspect they'd be selling more of both if they flipped that around.

So I got a Blu Ray drive that I can hook up to my laptop. If I pop in a disc and fire up VLC it says I can't play the disc because my drive is the wrong region. I have no idea what region the drive is set to and the drive didn't come with any software to change that. But I can use a ripper to extract the raw streams and get a nice set of MKV files that play just fine at full quality without needing the discs, no problem (actually better seek perf). Why do media execs think this makes any sense?
