It's my birthday. I hope someone gives me socks. I've been holding off on buying new socks because I don't want to shop.
Got confirmation that my mother is good with everybody staying away from her this Thanksgiving. She will also have Thanksgiving dinner with a cat.

Writing ad copy is hard. I have a larger than expected size to work with and I'm not used to such low information density.
Plus now I get the sense that there are more people using 12 cup or 4 cup brewers (where a cup is obviously 5 fluid ounces because USA, USA). 10 cup is still common, but it's no longer as ubiquitous as it once was.
We used to do packs that were exactly enough for a 10 cup pot of coffee (rip open bag, dump it in your filter, flip the power switch, done), but the packaging ended up getting so expensive that I couldn't justify charging as much as I'd have to for that. (Looks at price per pound of coffee in K cups, maybe people wouldn't care after all)
Quarter pound packages of ground coffee are starting to go out for sale today. We don't do that most of the year and we're not doing all the coffees in that packaging format, but this time of year a limited selection is good to have for things like gift packs. Ground in advance because it would be too obnoxious to have to open/grind/re-seal a bunch of bags that barely fit the shop grinder.
The cat is trying out some new positions for sitting on me.
Got the platinum trophy in Deemo Reborn. I thought I needed one more All Charming for that, but I guess not.

@cpsdqs The trick is to be willing to ignore the pronunciation rules and just say things in whatever way sounds French.
People are bouncing off the front door, but we've been warning them we'd be closed during this time so it's their own fault that they chose not to believe that.
If something goes horribly wrong, we won't reopen until we can do that reasonably so I'm not promising a firm re-opening time.
Shop is closed for the next half hour for water utility work. They've been getting the work done quickly with the places that are already done so they might not need the full half hour, but we're taking the full half hour for breaks.
It looks like the refund for the cancelled Miku concert went through a couple weeks ago. Now they're crowd funding a concert to stream online (all stretch goals hit within about half a week) but that's going to be free for whoever wants to show up to watch it.
*big yawn*
@fikran Not really. I've blocked some bad actors, but the main reason it might be obscure is just that I'm the only active user here.
