Some example data that I pulled together for an upcoming coffee roasting class. The top section shows the temperature of the coffee and inlet air, from which you can get a good sense of the control strategy in play. Below that is rate of change of the coffee temperature. Then below that is a visual spectrum (roaster camera) approximation of the Agtron gourmet scale roast level over time which isn't saturated out of range at the start because this is a decaf coffee which already starts out brown.

Government screwed up big time when they changed the rules and let dairies claim that ice milk is really ice cream.

Switched from the grocery store that kept dropping the stuff I had switched to them to buy in the first place back to my previous grocery store which brought in new flavors of a local ice cream I like (one where the top ingredient is cream).

Despite the estimated ship date being moved earlier previously, now I've got a new estimated ship date on some hardware I ordered in April of end of November. I may have to just give up on that company and assume the hardware doesn't really exist.

Pretty sure cricket is purely a fantasy of some rogue sports news generating AI and we're going along with it because movies have taught us that crossing the AI never ends well for us ugly sacks of mostly water.

Getting home from work was way too stressful. Mostly due to other vehicles being driven badly, but road deconstruction, super wide trucks parked too far from the curb, and people trying to get run over didn't help. Did some gardening to de-stress.

This morning the cat tried to stop me from going into work by sitting on me. While she's on the heavier side as far as house cats go, I can pick up and move the cat so the strategy isn't all that effective.

Working on figuring out how I want to roast the new coffees. The one from Yemen smells pretty good before I roast it.
