Fixed. Uninitialized member. Was getting set to nullptr with a debugger attached but not without.
So I tried cleaning this code up and now the program crashes instead of working UNLESS there's a debugger attached, at which point everything works perfectly.
Including a note with an order today because this customer's order is for the quantity that's most expensive to mail and it's been their usual order for long enough that they'd save a lot of money on the postage if they bought 1 more or less and adjusted their order frequency accordingly.
I'm happy to continue selling them what they've been ordering, but just want to make sure they're aware of those potential savings.
Coffees from Burundi historically aren't popular with my customers (I think it's just a familiarity issue), so I'll only get ~500 pounds of it.
On the gaming front I've continued playing Bloodstained. I like how the game has chairs throughout where you can sit down, take a break, look at a giant portrait of someone's cat.
Slayed 100% of the demons but the map is only 99.8% complete so I need to find the 2 possibly hidden rooms I'm missing. I've been maining the fairy familiar who flies over to hidden stuff and tells me to look there.
In other news, the repaired sample roaster (arrived with a fan that only goes full blast, preventing a successful pre-heat and also immediately ejecting any coffee you might try to put in despite that) is on its way back. There's no delivery estimate yet, but probably late this week, early next depending on customs.
It's a coffee out of the Muramba wet mill which gets coffee from a bit over 1000 small farms, located at 1720masl. It's a 15+ screen fully washed 100% Bourbon.
My "How to Develop a Roast Profile" video on YouTube has gotten it's 1000th like. That took almost exactly 7.5 years. It took a couple years before anybody noticed it was there, but a lot of coffee roasting companies have since used it in their training materials. It's also available on Amazon Video Direct and any PeerTube server that follows https://video.typica.us/

@cynicalsecurity @mwlucas Pretty sure I found the abstract for such a BGP book in his jails book:
"Nothing is secure. Everything is terrible"
Upon further reflection, this would suffice for an abstract on pretty much any tech book.
"It is time to get excited!" seems like an odd way to start an email letting me know that replacement water filters have shipped. Does anybody get excited about replacing their filters? Maybe if you're switching to some different kind of filter and getting better tasting water out of it, but not so much for routine maintenance.
